DELIVERY INFORMATION
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

We will do our utmost to despatch the goods ordered as quickly as possible. We will despatch all items that are in stock, and these together with the associated carriage charge, will be charged to your card at that point. If any items are back ordered these will be despatched as soon as we receive them, with payment for these items being made at the time of despatch. There will be no carriage charge for back ordered items despatched to a UK address.

Index Marine shall not be liable for late deliveries due to lead times from manufacturers.

SECURITY
We do not request personal details until you have confirmed the contents of your basket and have proceeded to checkout.

Our payment system utilises MoltenGold's e-commerce Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with 128 b encryption, making it virtually impossible for any unauthorised parties to gain access to any information that you send us. MoltenGold Ltd provide Thawte certificated SSL services to give you complete peace of mind when shopping with us. All personal information that we receive will be kept strictly confidential, and will not be divulged to anyone.

PRICING POLICY
All prices include VAT at 17.5%, where appropriate. A breakdown of the net price, VAT, and carriage charge will be shown in the shopping basket at the bottom of the screen. Prices are subject to change without notice

If you wish to place an order for delivery outside mainland UK please contact us for carriage charges.

RETURNS
If we have made an error in your order, this will be rectified as soon as possible and we will send replacement goods to a UK address carriage free.

If an item is defective we require that it be returned to us. Replacement goods will be despatched to a UK address carriage free. In the event of damage to the goods in transit, please retain contents and packaging for possible inspection.

We will accept the return of unwanted goods provided they are new and unused. We will refund the value of the goods, but not the carriage charge.

In the event of any of the above, we must be advised within fourteen days of receipt of order. Notification of goods to be returned after fourteen days may be subject to a handling charge of up to 15%. All goods returned to us should be well packaged, and we do not accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit.
