|
Low cost thermoplastic IP67 connectors with unique cable sealing system comprising pre-formed holes in a silicone block. The positive latching common contact system, while simple to disconnect, cannot be inadvertently unplugged. The receptacle is fitted with a silicone collar, thus achieving complete watertightness when mated with the plug. Rated at 13amps. Suitable for cable 2-4mm. OD. 0.08-2.0sq.mm. DC or AC. Assembly is achieved by soldering the ni ckel plated contacts onto their cables. The contacts are then pushed through the holes in the silicone seal at the rear of both plugs and sockets, until the contact is locked into position. Blanking pins are available for entries not utilised. |
